Ian is a highly experienced business leader with a 30+ year career driving growth and strategic transformation across technology, and professional services sectors both in the UK and globally. Before leading One Point he held CEO roles at Kinbrook Group, K3 Capital Group and Right Management (Manpower Group). At One Point he supports the leadership teams of our Regional Champions in their delivery of client-centric services and creating great places to work for our amazing team members. He is passionate about supporting young people into our industry.

Mark serves as the Chief Financial Officer for One Point. He brings a strong background in corporate finance, corporate development, and financial planning, spearheading the strategic valuation, transaction execution, and financial integration of regional accounting and wealth management practices joining the One Point network.

Head of M&A
Jamie serves as the Head of M&A at One Point, collaborating directly on the firm's strategic investments and long-term expansion goals. He plays a key role in identifying and driving partnership opportunities, managing deal pipelines, and supporting incoming local firms to ensure they benefit from shared group capabilities while maintaining their independent brand identity and strong regional presence.
Jason Morris
Jason serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager at One Point. He oversees the group's financial modelling, budgeting, and performance analytics. His work focuses on providing deep data insights and scalable financial frameworks to support regional partner firms with their ongoing growth and long-term succession planning.
